To attend our online seminars, users must complete registration and pay the applicable registration fee as specified on the website at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
3. Refund Policy
If a registered user is unable to attend the seminar after making payment, they may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the seminar date. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Providing incorrect details during registration
Missing the seminar without prior notice
Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection
